Requirement
1. More than 8 years experience in offshore industrial asset management, served as platform operation manager or platform equipment manager or project construction manager is preferred, financial / procurement experience is preferred;
2. Excellent professional knowledge and practical experience in ship/offshore platform operation management, safety management, turbine management, production operation management, and dock maintenance management.
3. Familiar with the structural characteristics, system composition and design features of the ship/offshore platform (self-lifting and semi-submersible).
4. Familiar with the specifications and documentation requirements for maintenance, cold stop and temperature stop of offshore platforms.
5. Familiar with relevant inspection and supervision requirements of maritime conventions, laws and regulations, flag states, classification societies, and PSC.
6. Familiar with the management practices and requirements of major oil companies or platform management companies.
