Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above in ship engineering, marine engineering, electrical engineering, etc.;
2. More than 15 years experience in quality management of ship and offshore engineering industry; more than 5 years of team management experience; experience in FPSO and module project construction quality management;
3. Familiar with the quality system and industry access regulations and standards of the ship and offshore industry ; familiar with the establishment and maintenance requirements of the quality system.
4. Excellent overall planning ability, organizational coordination and communication skills, team management skills, stress and conflict management capabilities.
